Overview
The system obliges the suppliers(with power generation facilities of 500,000 KW or more) to provide the renewable energy (such as solar light) within 10% of the total electricity production in order to expand and distribute the renewable energy.

· The amount of supply per year is confirmed after the first announcement at the end of January of the same year , the re-announcement in September.

· The weight is determined by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy , considering the effect on environment, technology development and industrial activation, cost of development, potential capacity, and effect on GHG emission reduction. Supply certificate weights are reviewed every three years (available to shorten the review period if necessary)
